Title: Non-alcoholic Apple Cozies

1/2cWater
1ptSparkling apple juice
2tbLemon or lime juice
2tbSuperfine sugar
4 Dessert apples; peeled &
  . diced
  Cinnamon

Blend the water, apple juice, lemon juice, sugar and apples together to make a smooth puree; you may need to do this in batches. Place in a saucepan and bring just to a simmer. Pour into mugs and garnish with cinnamon.

Makes about 4 to 6 servings.
